No Refund & No Returns Policy

3. Final Sale & Non-Refundable Items

4. Order Issues & Defective Products

5. Shipping & Dispute Fees

• Initial Shipping Costs: Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping Costs: If a product is returned (even in cases of dispute), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
• Dispute Fees & Damage Collateral:
  • If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, we will deduct 40% of the order value as damage collateral to cover administrative costs and losses.
  • Any additional fees related to the dispute will be charged to the customer.
